As a Field Training & Development Trainer, you will develop job-specific learning for field personnel at all levels. Your work reinforces Precision Drilling’s safety culture, operational excellence, and commitment to its people. You will collaborate with trainers and third-party providers to strengthen course offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate recent employee orientations and onboarding
Develop and deliver job-specific field personnel training
Operate rig training equipment
Update course content with other trainers
Support Canadian field and shop locations
Requirements: Drilling experience preferred for operating rig training equipment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organization and time-management abilities
Microsoft and SuccessFactors/SharePoint tool experience
High school diploma and valid driver’s license
Apply field experience, training development, and safety leadership while supporting Precision Drilling personnel across Canadian locations onsite.
