Key Responsibilities: Arrange Toptech access for users at loading racks
Follow up on loading-position openings and closings
Issue loading cards and verify driver training
Update customer accounts and product information
Reconcile sold and end-of-day volumes
Requirements: College studies diploma or equivalent experience
Three to five years of relevant office experience
Very good English for daily workplace exchanges
Good knowledge of Microsoft computer systems
Availability for rotating twelve-hour day and night shifts
