The Maintenance Supervisor directs Maintenance Technicians handling equipment and building assets. This supervisor analyzes KPIs, coordinates repair work, and supports capital projects. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and administers policies for assigned personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance technicians installing, rebuilding, and maintaining equipment
Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards
Coordinate maintenance repairs with operations
Manage KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities
Maintain JDE work orders and Workforce timekeeping
Requirements: Technical maintenance degree or related work experience
Five-plus years industrial maintenance experience with supervisory experience
Experience supervising Millwrights, Electricians, or Power Engineers
Problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities
Availability for 24/5 plant operations and required travel
