Analyze fraud alerts in Denver as a Fraud Operations Intern, using critical thinking and pattern detection to protect Robinhood customers. In-person attendance is expected at least three days weekly.
Robinhood’s Fraud Investigation team seeks a currently enrolled student for end-to-end account investigations. You will review suspected fraud, determine fraud or no-fraud, and identify emerging trends through data analysis. The work supports timely resolution, account remediation, and reduced fraud exposure.
Key Responsibilities: Review proactive and reactive suspected fraud alerts
Investigate accounts using internal and external tools
Analyze patterns to identify emerging fraud trends
Document alert rationales and submit necessary referrals
Communicate with customers about active fraud investigations
Requirements: Currently pursuing a full-time degree in a related field
Expected graduation during Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
Interest in fraud typologies and investigation processes
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration experience
