Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for a highly organized, curious and personable Outbound Sales Development Representative who enjoys starting conversations, meeting recent people and understanding what matters to them.

This role is focused almost entirely on outbound prospecting. You'll spend the majority of your time making calls, engaging prospects, and building relationships with decision-makers at target organizations.

Your role is to open useful conversations, understand prospective clients’ needs and help them explore where Fliplet could add value. You’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and share relevant ideas and examples that give people a reason to keep talking.

Success is about creating qualified opportunities for our senior sales team. Some prospects may be ready for an introduction after one conversation; others will need several discussions to establish fit and interest.

You don’t need previous SDR or software sales experience. You do need to enjoy initiating conversations with people you haven’t met, stay motivated when people aren’t interested, and follow through consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consistent, high-quality outbound prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations with relevant people within target accounts

Build relationships through attentive listening and thoughtful questions to understand prospects’ priorities, challenges and potential fit

Share relevant Fliplet ideas and examples,

and maintain purposeful, timely follow-up that gives prospects a reason to continue the conversation

Recognise qualified interest and arrange introductions to the senior sales team when prospects are ready

What Success Looks Like
Your primary daily activity target will be meaningful conversations with relevant prospects, supported by the outbound activity needed to achieve that target.

A meaningful conversation is a two-way discussion that develops our understanding of the prospect’s role, priorities, needs or challenges and whether Fliplet could help. It involves attentive listening, relevant questions and a clear outcome, whether that is an agreed follow-up, an introduction to the sales team or establishing that there is no fit.
