Working under registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, you will support individual care plans within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Support mobility, transfers, and related equipment
Take temperature, pulse, and respiration
Observe and report patient behavior or condition changes
Accompany clients during outings and social activities
Requirements: Work under registered nurse and licensed practical nurse direction
Support individual care plans for each patient
Perform housekeeping supporting protected, healthy environments
Complete clerical duties and delegated tasks
Accept casual hours ranging from zero to 37.5 weekly
