Inspect screening equipment and clear material jams as an Operations Team Member with Triple M Metal. Work rotating continental shifts after training.
This Operations Team Member position supports screening plant performance through troubleshooting, maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment operation. You will inspect equipment while operating, complete corrective action, and clear material spillage. The role includes skid steer operation, screen changes, and preventative maintenance. Training begins on the day shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 3:00PM, for one month. The training period may change based on your supervisor’s assessment of safe and productive performance.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect equipment visually while it operates




Troubleshoot screening plant issues and complete corrective action
Clear jams and material spillage using shovels
Perform plant maintenance, greasing, and housekeeping
Operate skid steer and complete screen changes
Requirements: Valid Class G driver’s license
One year’s experience in a similar environment
Experience performing repetitive, labor-intensive duties
Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions
Skid steer experience preferred, not required
Apply screening plant troubleshooting, equipment inspection, and maintenance skills across Triple M Metal’s operations.
