Drive fashion sales and customer service as a Part Time Stylist, using product knowledge and skilled selling skills in the Lodge.
This position supports the Lodge Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations and sales maximisation. You will serve customers, resolve complaints, and deliver quick, efficient service. The work includes visual standards, stock control, administration, security, and Rodd & Gunn sales training requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Maximise Lodge sales and meet established sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
Stock, replenish, clean, and maintain Lodge visual standards
Participate in stocktaking and administrative Lodge processes
Handle cash and follow security policies and procedures
Requirements: Customer service experience
Exceptional customer service and selling skills
Professional written and oral communication skills
Basic computer usage skills
Product knowledge and professional presentation
Bring fashion awareness, initiative, and product knowledge to Rodd & Gunn sales, service, presentation, and daily Lodge operations.
