As a First Notice of Loss Claims Adjuster, Auto, you become customers’ first contact after an auto loss. You investigate claims through completion, answer process questions, and support customers during difficult times. The position requires communication, data entry, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Open new auto claims through a phone queue
Assign claims to appropriate Auto Claims Representatives
Answer customer questions about the auto claims process
Develop investigation action plans and clarify claim information
Maintain clear, concise, transferable system notes
Requirements: Solid written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Strong computer and data entry abilities
Negotiation and conflict management skills
