As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers at the branch. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while understanding customer needs and recommending suitable banking solutions. The position also involves resolving concerns, promoting banking solutions, and completing business processes accurately.
