WCG seeks a Youth Coach passionate about helping young people access employment, education, and career opportunities. You will provide live chat support, proactive outreach, micro-coaching, and warm referrals. The role focuses on navigation rather than caseload management or Employment Action Plans, helping youth understand services and achievable next steps.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to youth inquiries through live chat and support inboxes
Explain employment pathways, resources, and next steps clearly
Connect youth with Employment Ontario and community supports




Document interactions accurately in relevant systems
Apply escalation protocols for urgent or high-risk situations
Requirements: Experience in customer service, coaching, mentoring, or youth engagement
Solid digital literacy across chat and web-based applications
Excellent written communication using warm, youth-friendly language
Ability to build trust with diverse youth populations
Comfort working evening shifts and onsite in Toronto
Bring digital communication, empathy, and resource-navigation skills to help Toronto youth pursue employment, education, and career goals.
