As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will assist commercial businesses and medical offices across the United States and Canada. The schedule covers Saturday and Sunday, either 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. The work focuses on customer service, technical problem-solving, and phone communication.
Key Responsibilities: Assist commercial businesses and medical offices
Provide inbound customer service by phone
Handle customer needs without outgoing calls
Support callers across the United States and Canada
Maintain a clear, audible phone presence
Requirements: Availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts
Windows 10 or higher PC or laptop
Wired USB headset and high-speed internet
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
French and English bilingual skills are valued
