Use plumbing, painting, and repair skills as a Mobile Maintenance Attendant serving resident properties across Southern Ontario. Work Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
Our client is a private non-profit housing corporation managing more than 2,700 homes across Southern Ontario. Two Mobile Maintenance Attendants are needed to maintain building components and unit elements. The work includes valves, tub and shower plumbing, flooring, walls, ceilings, trim, fixtures, hardware, and related replacements. This is a full time evaluation hire assignment with possible employment afterward.
Key Responsibilities: Shut off valves and replace specified valve components
Repair tub and shower piping and fixtures
Repair or replace LVP, baseboards, and transition strips




Paint and patch walls, ceilings, and trim
Replace unit elements, hardware, and related items
Requirements: Experience maintaining resident properties
Secondary School diploma or equivalent
Valid unrestricted G Class driver’s license
Reliable vehicle access and excellent English communication
Reliable, positive, customer service-oriented attitude
Bring proficient maintenance, plumbing, painting, and repair abilities to housing properties throughout Southern Ontario as a Mobile Maintenance Attendant.
