Role Description
We are seeking a full time Sales Representative/Customer Service professional to join our team on-site in Nanaimo, BC. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Sales
Representative/Customer Service professional will also be responsible for processing orders,
handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Knowledge of Granite and Quartz products
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset
