Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized guidance on infant and toddler routines
Plan and evaluate indoor and outdoor activities
Implement care plan goals for diverse needs
Communicate with parents about developmental milestones
Maintain supervision and accurate licensing documentation
Requirements: Approved ECE-IT certification through British Columbia’s Early Childhood Registry
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
Experience in a Community Care Licensed facility
Background assessing and implementing early years programming
Legal entitlement to work in Canada
