Provide personal care and home support in person with Southern Health-Santé Sud’s Home Care team in Niverville. Bilingual English and French skills are essential for this temporary position.
As a Home Care Attendant, you will support frail, physically disabled, and mentally challenged clients of all ages. Working under the Resource Coordinator, you will follow established care plans and help clients remain safely at home. The position requires initiative, independent judgment, confidentiality, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care services to assigned home care clients
Deliver home support services according to established care plans
Assist clients remaining safely in their own homes




Determine work priorities and methods independently
Address unusual matters using appropriate judgment
Requirements: Grade 12 education is required
Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide Certificate
Community setting experience with elderly or disabled people preferred
Home care program experience is an asset
English and French proficiency is essential
Support Niverville clients through personal care, home assistance, critical thinking, and culturally respectful bilingual service.
