Key Responsibilities: Meet established sales targets, including SPH and DPT
Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Supervise, motivate, and support the in-store team
Build customer loyalty through exceptional service
Manage merchandising, inventory, opening, and closing procedures
Requirements: One to two years of sales or team management experience
Minimum one year of retail sales experience preferred
Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High school diploma considered an asset
