Key Responsibilities: Manage purchases and systematic withdrawals through full transaction processing
Process mutual and segregated fund transactions within service standards
Analyze reports and reconciliations to ensure control measure compliance
Handle complex files, adjustments, correspondence, and referred complaints




Communicate with advisors, clients, and business units across Investia
Requirements: College diploma in Financial Services, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Solid organization, autonomy, initiative, and priority management abilities
Accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and stress management skills
Full English and French bilingual proficiency for frequent communications
