As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will support customers with service transactions, advice needs, and financial queries. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff members for new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. The role includes training and requires mobility within the Assigned District after training.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
Understand needs and guide customers toward appropriate solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions




Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Use MS Office, branch software, and internet proficiently
Know banking solutions and processes for customer advice
Demonstrate robust communication and organizational skills
Build customer relationships through banking advice, digital education, accurate transactions, and informed referrals at TD Canada Trust.
