Reporting to the Store Manager, the Co-Manager promotes positive omnichannel shopping experiences and outstanding business results. This leadership role focuses on team development, profitability, sales targets, productivity targets, and customer-oriented fashion retail service. Management experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and coach team members
Build loyal client relationships through customer-oriented service
Promote positive omnichannel shopping experiences
Maximize store profitability through sales and productivity targets
Demonstrate leadership while supporting business results
Requirements: High school diploma; business education is an asset
Two years of management experience, preferably fashion clothing
Passion for fashion and solid customer orientation
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
