As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at a plant manufacturing quality crackers. You will lead operators, technicians, and workers while maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role supports production scheduling, employee development, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead production workers and assign daily tasks
Coordinate workflows, production lines, equipment, and materials
Maintain safety protocols, audits, meetings, and compliance
Monitor quality, resolve issues, and minimize waste




Track production data, reports, incidents, and maintenance records
Requirements: Availability for full-time, on-site third-shift work
Flexibility to support alternate shifts and weekends
Ability to lead operators, technicians, and production workers
Ability to conduct training and provide constructive feedback
Ability to follow company policies and collective bargaining agreements
Bring production leadership, safety oversight, and quality management skills to TreeHouse Foods’ Georgetown cracker manufacturing operation.
