ParaMed is seeking a Registered Nurse for community-based patient care. You will serve patients of all ages with differing care complexities while working within your scope of practice. The position supports comfort at home, with RNs and Registered Practical Nurses assisting with more complex patients.
Key Responsibilities: Complete scheduled community visits within your scope of practice
Provide ethical and safe nursing care
Assess individual patient needs using appropriate techniques
Execute, monitor, and adjust care plans as required
Maintain skilled patient records and encounter plans
Requirements: Register with CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
Hold a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Bring community care experience as an asset
Travel reliably to patient residences within designated areas
Provide required after-hours on-call coverage
Support patients in their homes through community nursing, assessment, care planning, and compassionate therapeutic relationships in Fort Frances.
