As part of Sienna Senior Living’s Long Term Care team, you will build relationships with residents and families. You will provide bedside care, support communication, and help residents live fully. The position suits compassionate candidates who completed an approved Personal Support Worker program and understand resident care procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming activities
Encourage residents to use glasses and hearing aids
Administer prescribed medication after additional training
Maintain access to canes, walkers, and call bells
