Interior Health seeks an experienced Care Aide for its long-term care team. Working under registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, you will support individual care plans, resident independence, and physical, emotional, and social needs. This casual opportunity schedules rotating days, evenings, and nights.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Support mobility, transfers, and related equipment use
Perform temperature, pulse, and respiration procedures
Observe and report patient behavior and condition changes
Accompany clients during outings and social activities
Requirements: Grade 10 education
Recognized Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aide program graduation
Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered
Registration with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry
