The All Nations’ Healing Hospital seeks a Casual Unit Clerk for its Acute Care team. Reporting to the Acute Unit Coordinator, you will provide reception and clerical support to Nursing. Duties include appointment booking, travel coordination, physician orders, filing, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, patients, and the public
Answer telephones, take messages, and direct calls
Book surgeries, laboratory tests, and external appointments
Coordinate patient travel for appointments and transfers
Process physician orders and complete clerical duties
Requirements: Office Education certificate
Basic medical terminology knowledge
Knowledge of First Nations culture and traditions
Education and experience combination may be considered
Bring organized reception, appointment booking, and clerical support skills to Acute Care at the All Nations’ Healing Hospital.
