Deliver resident-focused nursing care as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse working days on-site. Apply clinical judgment, communication, and leadership throughout each shift.
Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Practical Nurse coordinates and oversees resident-focused care delivery. You will update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and communicate changes with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. The position also supervises unit activities and PSW work.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify individualized resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to standards
Supervise unit activities and direct PSW assignments




Assess health changes and communicate required updates
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Requirements: Current Ontario Registered Practical Nurse certificate of competence
Basic CPR certification considered an asset
Long-term care experience considered an asset
Knowledge of RAI-MDS and AIS certification
Explicit screening, recent TB results, and three supervisory references
Bring resident-focused care, medication administration, documentation, and team leadership to this on-site part-time nursing assignment.
