This early-career Finance role supports billing, collections, reporting, and month-end close activities. You will work with financial systems, spreadsheets, and cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Success. The position also involves improving workflows through automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate customer invoices using contract terms and company policies
Maintain customer account records across financial and billing systems
Follow up professionally on outstanding receivables and aging balances
Support reconciliations, revenue checks,



and month-end close activities
Identify workflow improvements and support accounting automation adoption
Requirements: One to two years of similar Finance experience, preferably SaaS
Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Spreadsheet comfort and willingness to learn accounting systems
Accounting, Finance, Business, or related diploma or bachelor’s degree
