Lead hands-on facilities management at Cogir Senior Living, applying technical expertise and customer service to support retirement community residents. This is a five-month contract.
As Maintenance Manager, you will guide the environmental services team while maintaining building reliability, equipment performance, and resident safety. You will work with the Executive Director and residence leadership team to support a positive living experience. Environmental sustainability and brand standards remain central to the physical condition of the residence. The position requires at least three years of environmental services or maintenance experience, preferably in seniors living.
Key Responsibilities: Guide environmental services housekeeping and maintenance support
Perform hands-on environmental tasks and repairs when required
Maintain building systems,



equipment reliability, and performance
Work with residence leadership to support resident satisfaction
Implement environmentally sustainable operating practices
Requirements: Three years environmental services or maintenance experience
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and emergency systems
Experience managing and leading a team preferred
Facility management program enrollment or trades license
JHSC and working at heights certification or willingness
Bring technical maintenance leadership, building systems knowledge, and resident-focused service to Cogir Senior Living’s retirement community.
