Operate forklifts and load building materials with Gillfor Distribution Edmonton in a full time warehouse position at the Edmonton Distribution Centre.
As Warehouse Personnel, Forklift Operator, you will support the Lumber Yard team while reporting to the Operations Manager. The work includes assembling customer orders, serving yard customers, and maintaining organized warehouse materials. You will also load customer trucks, complete inventory checks, and follow work safety rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Load and unload building materials safely and promptly
Operate forklifts for building-material loading and unloading
Assist with loading orders onto customer trucks
Prepare, pick, and pack customer orders
Maintain tidy, organized lumber yard and warehouse areas
Requirements: High School Diploma
Forklift Certificate
Minimum two years of forklift experience
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
Ability to work outdoors with flexible start and finish times
Bring reliable forklift operation, order preparation, and customer service skills to Gillfor Distribution’s Edmonton lumber yard.
