This Business Analyst role focuses on stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and data analysis. You will translate business needs into reporting frameworks, dashboards, forecasts, and actionable insights for digital advertising sales. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership while supporting multiple lines of business. Teleperformance provides customer experience management and contact center business process outsourcing services worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: Manage stakeholder expectations, deliverables, timelines, and business outcomes
Build relationships across cross-functional teams and leadership
Create daily, weekly, quarterly,



and yearly performance reporting
Develop global SQL-based business reporting dashboards
Conduct trendline, correlation, quartile, and root cause analyses
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, or related field
Two to three years’ data reporting and analysis experience
Stakeholder communication, reporting, and data analysis experience
Google Workspace, Excel, Tableau, and Google Sheets skills
Sales data workplace and representative KPI management experience
