As Assistant Department Manager, Photo Lab, you will assist the Department Manager with staff direction and departmental standards. The position develops management capability across merchandising, customer service, operations, and required duties. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Department Manager with directing department staff
Maintain merchandising standards throughout the Photo Lab
Maintain customer service and operational standards
Complete other management duties as required
Requirements: Minimum one year of retail management experience preferred
Current performance review indicating readiness for promotion
Completed mandatory management training courses
Extensive technical, mechanical, and digital photofinishing knowledge
Solid supervisory, delegation, leadership, and communication skills
