Lead the sales floor part time at Under Armour’s Montreal Premium Outlet, using coaching and customer service to support every shift. This retail leadership role is based in Mirabel, Quebec.
As a Sales Keyholder, you act as the right hand to store leaders while driving sales and supporting teammates. You will lead selling culture, enhance customer experience, provide technical product information, and help achieve retail and omni KPI targets. The position requires retail or customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure teammates deliver strong customer service consistently
Coach, train, support, recognize, and reward teammates
Open and close the store when necessary
Maintain merchandise, floor sets, and store presentation standards




Act as leader on duty while modeling Athlete service behaviors
Requirements: At least one year of retail or customer service experience
High school degree or equivalent
Versatile availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills and local language fluency
Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 25 pounds
Bring sales leadership, coaching, customer service, and product knowledge to Under Armour’s part time Mirabel retail team.
