This senior specialist supports Marketplace Operations by managing cross-border seller programs and developing reporting insights. The work involves operational metrics, returns management, and customer service. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve seller and customer experiences across global marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities: Manage cross-border seller programs with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor seller performance and operational metrics
Identify trends and recommend process improvements
Resolve operational issues affecting sellers and customers
Coordinate Remote Fulfillment across multiple marketplaces
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree is required
One to two years in day-to-day operations or logistics
Retail Merchandising, Operations, or eCommerce experience is an asset
Comfort with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is an asset
