Kiokii And is expanding its North American retail platform for cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories, and lifestyle products. As Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily operations, supervise staff performance, and help drive sales. You will also guide associates through promotions, targets, and company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Support shift scheduling and maintain adequate staffing levels
Supervise daily activities and staff performance
Communicate sales targets, promotions, and marketing strategies
Address customer complaints professionally and promptly
Assist recruitment, training, onboarding, and store setup
Requirements: Three years of retail experience
One to two years in store management
Passion for Asian beauty products and trends
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Use Asian beauty knowledge, operational judgment, and team leadership to support Kiokii And’s West Hartford store.
