Key Responsibilities: Perform quantity take-offs for construction projects
Prepare scope narratives, clarifications, and work documents
Review drawings for constructability concerns
Coordinate bid lists and estimation team priorities
Present final estimates to upper management
Requirements: Five years of general contracting estimating experience
Multi-residential estimating experience is an asset
Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or similar preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
