The Technical Lead supports daily production workflows while specializing in automation optimization or production coordination. Reporting to the Supervisor, this hands on position connects frontline staff, leadership, and vendors. Success requires automation experience, technical troubleshooting, and accurate operational support.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor production status and redistribute resources across stores
Troubleshoot automation equipment and escalate vendor issues
Calibrate robots and align DSP, non DSP, and backorder workflows
Audit optimization trackers, performance logs, and maintenance parts




Train Pharmacy Assistants and Verifiers on basic troubleshooting
Requirements: Automation equipment, software, and tools experience
Technical troubleshooting skills with solid attention to detail
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Leadership, collaboration, and creative problem solving abilities
Flexibility for various shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays
