As a Contents and Cleaning Technician, you will help homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, smoke, and other property damage. Work includes packing, transporting, cleaning, restoring, documenting, and returning belongings. You may also complete residential, commercial, post-construction, specialty, and janitorial cleaning assignments.
Key Responsibilities: Pack, transport, clean, restore, and return damaged belongings
Use specialized equipment and restoration techniques
Photograph, document, and inventory contents using restoration software
Perform residential, commercial,



and post-construction cleaning
Support restoration projects and maintain organized facilities
Requirements: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Compassionate, respectful customer service approach
Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer applications
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Valid Class 5 driver's licence and satisfactory driving record
