This Mortgage Underwriter and Fulfillment Specialist supports an independent mortgage brokerage serving clients across Canada. You will review applications, structure mortgages, prepare lender submissions, coordinate documentation, and manage conditions through funding. The work also includes client communication, CRM management, workflow tracking, and organized file administration.
Key Responsibilities: Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and lender guideline compliance
Structure mortgages and recommend suitable lenders and financing strategies
Prepare complete, accurate, well-structured lender submissions
Manage lender conditions,



documentation, timelines, and follow-up
Support clients from submission through funding with proactive updates
Requirements: Minimum five years in Canadian broker-channel mortgage operations
Strong mortgage underwriting and lender guideline knowledge
Experience reviewing income documents, credit reports, and mortgage documentation
Active Alberta mortgage license preferred
Ability to work independently in a fully remote workplace
