University of Victoria is seeking a Coordinator, Student Development to lead residence-based programming and student engagement. You will design, implement, and evaluate programs that support academic success, personal growth, and belonging for residence students.
You will oversee the Resource HUB, supervise student staff, and partner with campus and community orgs to deliver creative services while maintaining sound budgets and resources. Weekend/evening availability may be required.
