Key Responsibilities: Address climate, lighting, and minor plumbing concerns

Support energy reviews, buildouts, and capital projects
Requirements: Minimum five years commercial property operations experience

Basic computer, blueprint, and construction drawing knowledge
Valid Class 5 license and personal vehicle access
