The Production Supervisor oversees operators, team leaders, and administrative support staff on the manufacturing floor. This position manages shift performance across compliance, cost, employee relations, and productivity. Success requires production experience, cross-functional leadership, and transparent communication.

Account for safety, quality, compliance, and productivity
Manage cost, employee relations, and overall shift performance
Lead projects independently across organizational functions




Explain operational challenges and decisions clearly
Requirements: Minimum three years of relevant production experience
Experience leading employees or coordinating production teams
Practical continuous or process improvement experience
Experience facilitating or delivering training
Bachelor of Engineering preferred; Bachelor of Science considered
Apply production leadership, regulated manufacturing experience, and communication skills to supervise pharmaceutical operations across rotating shifts.
