Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes
Develop forecasts, models, and scenario analyses
Monitor performance against budgets and prior year
Communicate significant variances to stakeholders
Track financial KPIs and performance metrics
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
Four to seven years of relevant experience
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience with financial planning, ERP, BI, or reporting systems
