Magna Mechatronics & Mirrors supports vehicle safety, functionality, and user interaction through intelligent access and vision systems. As Document Control Coordinator, you will manage daily Change Management activities, guide personnel, and support documentation accuracy. The work includes CAD reviews, PLM file management, and Engineering Change Notices.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily Document Control activities within Change Management
Guide personnel on documentation and change management processes
Train Closures personnel on procedures and business rules




Validate proposed Change Management updates and changes
Maintain revision levels and Engineering Change Notice sequencing
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma or certificate, preferably engineering-related
Basic understanding of documentation, databases, and traceability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
Ability to review engineering documents, blueprints, and CAD designs
Solid communication, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Use document control, CAD review, and change management capabilities to support accurate automotive engineering data at Magna.
