As an Operations Supervisor, you oversee daily warehouse operations and guide drivers and warehouse staff. Your work covers safety compliance, traffic oversight, route planning, reporting, customer service, and performance monitoring. You also support sorting, scanning, returns, and dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities: Enforce secure working methods and conduct warehouse safety audits
Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
Generate next day route plans and optimization emails
Assign daily tasks and monitor staff productivity
Address complaints, damages, and lost packages promptly
Requirements: Ability to maintain accurate delivery and inventory logs
Ability to complete daily reports and timesheets
Ability to coach drivers and warehouse staff
Ability to monitor compliance with standard operating procedures
Ability to evaluate employee performance and conduct
