Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field
Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Advanced clinical knowledge in geriatric care and musculoskeletal disorders
Understanding of adult learning principles and diverse learning strategies
Strong communication, coaching, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
