This full-time Truck and Trailer Mechanic role supports a growing transport provider with practical service expertise. Use truck parts knowledge, electrical diagnostics, brake repairs, and test instruments. The work focuses on returning equipment to service efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Receive driver and owner-operator reports
Conduct initial inspections using test drives and instruments
Perform preventative maintenance and brake repairs
Diagnose steering, suspension, and electrical issues
Clean, repair, recondition, and maintain equipment
Requirements: 310T and/or 310J licenses are an asset
Truck and coach or Motive Power training
Valid G-class license with clear driving record
Knowledge of truck repairs, parts, and equipment
Strong problem-solving, detail, and time-management skills
Apply truck repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance expertise as a full time mechanic serving Charger Logistics equipment in Dorval.
