You’ll use your expert knowledge of recruitment and market insights while building your real estate industry knowledge in order to become an effective consultant.

Success in this position requires a strong understanding of business operations, organizational structures, and the ability to assess talent beyond technical qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage high-calibre candidates through multiple recruiting channels.

Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, competencies, career aspirations, and organizational fit.





Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Develop trusted relationships with candidates and act as a strategic career advisor throughout the recruitment process.

Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent requirements.

Present qualified candidates and provide market insights and recommendations.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.

Maintain accurate candidate and client records within ATS and CRM systems.

Provide support and ideas to modernize and evolve our recruitment function by leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies in order to streamline processes and gain efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related business discipline is required.

Proven recruiting experience, preferably within an agency, executive search or internal corporate recruiting

Highly self-directed and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Strong motivation, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Analytical thinker with the ability to assess talent, identify trends and make informed recommendations.

Robust business acumen and the ability to have credible, meaningful conversations with candidates about career opportunities, organizational challenges and business objectives.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
