Celestica seeks an SMT Process Engineer for a contract full-time assignment of approximately nine months. You will bridge design and manufacturing while developing processes, tooling, and application software. The work supports customer products and early-stage production challenges.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and integrate new products onto surface mount lines
Develop robust thermal profiles and placement programs
Validate first-article builds for successful product launches
Design and implement manufacturing processes for customer products




Solve technical product and process problems affecting production
Requirements: Two to three years of direct SMT process engineering experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent education and experience
Experience applying root-cause analysis to production challenges
Knowledge of Design of Experiments and statistical methods
Canadian citizenship or permanent residence for Controlled Goods requirements
