Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, servers, and systems as a System Configuration Specialist supporting project and installation teams. Remote diagnostics are central to this technical position.
Reporting to the Regional Installation Manager, the System Configuration Specialist completes programming and configuration requirements within established project schedules. The role supports workstations, servers, software, networking infrastructure, communication systems, and customer installations. French is required, and strong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and IT infrastructure configuration is expected.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot critical systems
Perform remote diagnostics and resolve technical service requests
Plan network infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and repairs




Maintain network asset inventories, procedures, and technical documentation
Escalate incidents requiring software patches or on-site intervention
Requirements: French language proficiency
College diploma in Computer Science, Programming, Information Technology, or related field
Robust server, operating system, networking, and infrastructure knowledge
Hardware and software troubleshooting experience across diverse systems
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service skills
Apply network configuration, server troubleshooting, and remote diagnostics expertise while supporting critical customer systems and installation projects.
