This full-time clinical position supports adult radiology at Shared Health - Health Sciences Centre. Candidates should graduate from a recognized Medical Imaging Technology school and demonstrate patient compassion. Familiarity with PACS and RIS, solid English communication, and previous related experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general duty X-ray technologist work in adult radiology
Lift and position patients, including unconscious patients
Stand and move throughout most of the working day
Push or pull heavy equipment when required
Respond compassionately to anxious patients
Requirements: Graduate from a recognized Medical Imaging Technology school
Complete an accredited Medical Imaging Technology program
Register with C.A.M.R.T. within three months of hire
Meet employer CPR training requirements
Provide required criminal and abuse registry checks
